1. Provider

WebFunguje services are provided by HDM s.r.o., Company ID 176 27 711, Školská 689/20, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. Contact: stepan.svarc@hdm.black.

2. Web Blueprint

The Web Blueprint is a one-off digital consulting service: a 90-minute working session, offer or website audit and a recommendation covering structure, priorities, scope and budget.

The session is scheduled after payment. We normally deliver the output within 7 business days after the workshop and receipt of required materials.

3. Price and payment

Displayed prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes card payments. The order is concluded upon successful payment and confirmation.

If the customer orders website delivery from WebFunguje within 60 days, the paid blueprint fee is credited once against the project price unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cooperation and rescheduling

The customer provides accurate information, required materials and an authorised decision-maker. A workshop can be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Consumer withdrawal

EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. If they expressly request early performance, they must pay for the proportion already delivered; the right may end after full performance with prior express consent.

A clear email notice is sufficient. Eligible refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Complaints and liability

Report defects promptly with a description. A justified complaint may be resolved by correction, completion, a reasonable discount or another remedy required by law.

Recommendations reflect information available at the time. We cannot guarantee a particular commercial result, search ranking or enquiry volume. For business customers, liability is limited to the price of the affected service to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

After full payment, the customer may use the blueprint for its project. Our general methods, prior know-how and reusable tools remain ours. Both parties protect non-public business and technical information.

8. Governing law

Czech law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Czech consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution at adr.coi.cz.
